Chef Erin Miller Pops Up in Rochambeau’s Cafe

Urban Hearth

Rochambeau‘s monthly bakery pop-up series continues on Friday, January 14th (rescheduled from Friday, January 7th due to snow) with an appearance (and, more importantly, a menu) from chef Erin Miller of Urban Hearth.

Get up early and make for the Back Bay between 6:30 and 9:30am to taste your way through goodies from the Cambridge-based chef. You can post up in Rochambeau’s Boylston Street cafe or take your breakfast to go (or, pro tip: both). Miller will be making her specialty buttermilk biscuit sandwiches including versions with bacon onion jam, goat cheese, over easy egg, house cured bacon and mustard greens, or chorizo spiced sweet potato, pimento cheese, over easy egg and mustard greens

There’ll be additional pastries to choose from and, of course, plenty of caffeinated beverage options (tea and Barrington Roasters coffee) to get your day going. Take a peek at the full menu and upcoming installments on the Rochambeau website to see what’s coming down the pipeline for this sweet (and savory) collaboration.
