Red & White Winemaker Double-Header

Puritan & Company

Puritan & Company is all about bringing local flavor straight to your plate, and on Thursday, March 7th they’ve invited two winemakers dedicated to bringing their local flavors to your glass. It’s a double-header wine dinner, featuring the Austrian whites of Weingut Hirsch and the Italian reds of Vallana. Your very winey evening starts at 6:30pm with snacks, Grüner Vetliner, Riesling, and mingling, followed by a seated five-course dinner from chef-owner Will Gilson. The Chef has chosen regional dishes to compliment the wines, like duck agnolotti with your Piedmontese red and butter-poached lobster with curried spaetzle to go along with the evening’s second Grüner/Riesling matchup. Tickets are $105 including all the consumables, tax, and gratuity. Clap your eyes on the full menu below and save yourself a seat by clicking here.
