The folks at Alcove welcome twenty-first generation winemaker Pepe Raventós (his family has been making vino since back in the 1400s) to dinner on Thursday, October 24th. Reserve your seat to see what 500 years of wine making knowhow tastes like — Raventós will be pairing a selection of his sparkling biodynamic wines, which hail from Sant Sadurni d’Anoia in the heart of Catalonia, with four courses from chef Brian Paszko.
