Pork and Beer at Church

Pork is one versatile meat – check out what the folks at Church do with it at a special dinner devoted to porcine pleasures. On Tuesday, April 26th Laura Henry Zoubir and her kitchen crew will sauté, cure and barbeque an assortment of porky dishes; they’ll even whip up a dessert using the other white meat. Each of the five courses will be paired with a Sam Adams beer to complete the experience. To reserve a seat at this dinner, which costs $45 per person, call 617.236.7600.
