Umami is a fun word to say, but it’s even better to eat (especially when paired with wine). On Thursday, July 26th, the folks at PAGU are inviting their friends from The Wine Bottega for an evening of funky wines, with insights from wine shop owner Kimberly Scott, and a feast featuring mushrooms, tomatoes and seafood. Gather at the community table starting at 6:00pm for chef Tracy Chang’s savory concoctions, then geek out over a mutual love of natural winemaking.
