Make your way to Moona for a Mimuna Feast on Sunday, April 8th. The Moroccan celebration takes place the day after Passover, and it’s a time when Jewish families in North Africa will host a communal meal that includes chametz (leavened bread and other food prohibited on Passover). Moona’s version will be a four-course spread from chef Rory Lee with traditional foods like mofletta, a warm crêpe-esque holiday treat served with honey.
