An Exploration of Burgundy Wines

Take a faux-trip to France (you’re really just heading to Meritage) on Friday, April 27th for a four-course dinner with pairings of Burgundy wine. Chef Daniel Bruce and chef de cuisine Keith Bombaugh are joining forces starting at 7:00pm to present a menu full of spring flavors — think scallops, squash blossoms and lamb — alongside some top-tier sips throughout the evening.
