On Thursday, September 19th, Les Zygomates hosts Greg Brewer, the founder and master winemaker at California’s Brewer-Clifton Winery, for an intimate wine dinner. Come meet the maker at 6:30pm and pepper him with questions over mezze, charcuterie, and his own chardonnay, then sit for five more courses pairing Mr. Brewer’s wines with Les Zyg specialties.
