Industry Event – Taste of Japan

Calling all industry professionals, Taste of Japan is coming to Boston so you can explore an array of Japanese food and beverage products, meet producers and distributors, and learn more about Japan’s culinary treasures.

In addition to 16 Japanese food and sake exhibitors, Certified Advanced Sake Professional, and co-founder & creator of Cushman Concepts Restaurant Group, Nancy Cushman will be on hand hosting a sake seminar, and local chefs Alyssa Lieberman from New City Microcreamery and and chef Melissa Lee from Cooking Beautifullee will be showcasing a variety of Japanese products in a special tasting.

The event, hosted by Consulate General of Japan in Boston and  JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization), will take place on Monday, November 13th at 100 High Street, Boston, MA 02110 on the 9th floor and runs from 1:00-5:00pm, with registration beginning at 12:30pm.

The event is only open to food and beverage professionals and there is no cost to attend.
