Hands-On Cooking Class at Coriander

Learn the ins and outs of braising, stewing and butchering on Saturday, February 24th when chef Kevin Crawley welcomes guests to join him at Coriander for a different kind of cooking class. This time around it’s just two chefs, ten students and three hours in the kitchen as Crawley hosts an intense hands-on cooking tutorial from 10:00am-1:00pm. After class students will get to sit down and enjoy the fruits of their labor over a glass of wine. Class costs $100 per person and gets started with a knife skills refresher and sharpening session.
