Gaslight’s Gastronomy Series

Sit down to a thoroughly French meal on Thursday, October 25th at the next installment of the Gaslight Gastronomy Dinner Series, this one with a focus on Escoffier. The grandfather of French cuisine (heck, all cuisine, really) will take center stage as chef Michael Zetner prepares a five-course, wine-paired tasting menu of pate de Lapin, boudin, Matignon d’Agneau, galatine, brochettes and beignets (we told you this was going to be really French). The fete begins at 8:00pm and costs $55 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity).
