No need to wait until fall, you can get a preview of the forthcoming Fuku at Little Donkey this week. The casual fried chicken shop from David Chang and the Momofuku folks, which will be opening a location in the Seaport before the end of the year, is popping up in Cambridge on Thursday, September 13th and Friday, September 14th. The sneak peek menu will be available at lunch and dinner (in limited quantities, while supplies last), so skip on over to Central Square and order up a Snack Box ($10) to tuck in to Fuku crispy chicken bites with sweet jalapeño seasoning, and LD squash pakora fritters.
