Forage Goes Down Under

You don’t need to take a 24-hour flight to Sydney to explore the up-and-coming natural, biodynamic wines coming out of Australia these days, you just need a reservation to this week’s wine dinner at Forage in Cambridge on Tuesday, August 8th. Wine guru Stan Hilbert has four interesting wines lined up from the land down under, which chef Eric Cooper has matched up with dishes made with authentic Aussie ingredients like Grilled Cabbage Wedge with Sunflower Mayo and Spiced Black Walnuts paired with 2022 “Skinsy,” Frankly Bob Made This Wine; and Blue Mountains Striped Bass with Smoked Eggplant Pureé and Fennel & Carrot Salad with Winter Savory Vinaigrette paired with 2021 “Disco Red,” Jauma, Adelaide Hills (take a peek at the menus below).

Dinner is $105 per person before tax and tip, and you can dine inside in the AC or outside on the heated patio by making a reservation here. You can also take your feast to go (wine included) by ordering here; takeout dinners serve two people for $160.
