Flavors of Boston 140 Supper Club

Fairmont Copley Plaza Facebook

The Fairmont Copley Plaza opened back in 1912, which means the walls have probably heard plenty of secrets, and on Friday, September 21st, the Back Bay hotel is keeping the mystery going with a clandestine dinner. It’s part of their 140 Supper Club series, which is featured in a new book, 100 Things to Do in Boston Before You Die, and author Kim Foley MacKinnon will be at the table ready to chat about her guide (don’t worry, you can buy a copy on-site for $16). The menu from Executive Chef Laurent Poulain takes inspiration from Boston and New England cuisine, details of which you can see below. Tickets are $140 plus a processing fee, and the evening runs 7:00 through 10:00pm. Secure your spot here.
