The awesome trio of ladies behind Sofra — Executive Chef Ana Sortun, Executive Pastry Chef Maura Kilpatrick and Chef de Cuisine Didem Hosgel — have announced their fall line-up of cooking classes at the casual Cambridge cafe, bakery and specialty food shop, and they’ll each be instructing a few of the culinary courses themselves. Topics include pie-making & seasonally-inspired baked goods, different types of meze, batch cocktails & make-ahead dishes, Turkish pasta and cooking fish without fear, and prices range between $85 and $125 per class.
