Estragon Explores Catalan Cuisine

The team at Estragon, led by chef Alex Castagneto, explores the Food and Wine of Catalunya at their upcoming wine dinner, scheduled for Monday, April 27th. Starting around 7:00pm, Castagneto will bring out the first of five courses (tuna confit and white bean salad) which will be followed by four more equally delicious plates (like eggplant and sausage flatbread; and duck confit with cannelloni and morels).
