Single vineyard productions are the best way to taste the true nature of a wine, and Canard Winery makes nine of them every year. Come taste pure Napa terroir at Chopps American Bar & Grill on Tuesday, October 15th, where the winery’s own Adam Fox will guide you through a hearty three-course meal paired with pours from Canard’s cellar. Start off with a 6:30 reception over passed snacks and rosé, then sit for the steakhouse’s signature lamb “lollichopps” and a grilled NY strip prepared with fall ingredients and perfect for red-wine drinkin’.
