B&G Oysters gives you all the steps for oyster shucking success at their weekly classes. Mondays through Fridays between 2:00 and 4:00pm, you and a fellow bivalve-lover can book seats at the oyster bar for shellfish instruction from the South End pros. The experts will have tips and tricks to guide you on your practice shucks, then you’ll have a dozen oysters to de-shell and slurp down all on your own. Classes are $150 per couple and include two glasses of champagne (to accompany your half-shells) and two B&G oyster knives to take home. Reservations can be made by calling 617.423.0550.
