On Tuesday, December 12th, Fromager (another word for a cheese expert, just FYI) Matthew Helvitz showcases his picks for Best in Show 2017. The four-course meal, courtesy of chef Frank McClelland and chef de cuisine Logan Foos, will be paired with sommelier-selected wines – and it can all be yours for $95 per person.
