Truffles are nothing to trifle with—the Barbara Lynch Gruppo gives the prized mushroom its due, spotlighting the exclusive white Alba truffle for six whole days during Truffle Week. All the fungus festivities are taking place on Congress Street from Monday, November 7th through Saturday, November 12th to make the most of the all-too-brief season.

Menton works the Northern Italian gem into a five-course tasting menu, available for $315 per person with a $125 wine pairing for added decadence. Drink features the aromatic ‘shroom (which grows symbiotically with oak and hazelnut trees) on top of French fries ($18) or steak tartare ($25). At all three Fort Point sister restaurants – Menton, Drink and Sportello – you can opt for shaved truffle over any dish or on their own for an additional fee.
