Autumn Epicurean Evenings at Aujourd’hui

Aujourd’hui at Four Seasons Boston continues their popular Epicurean Evenings on Tuesdays and Thursday evenings this autumn. Join sommelier Ted Davidson every Tuesday at 6:00pm and Thursday at 8:00pm, when he makes selections from his 450 label library to highlight some of Aujourd’hui’s best wines. Guests can enjoy three light courses from chef de cuisine Jérôme Legras and pastry chef Tim Fonseca built around a theme, region or grape variety for $45 per person, not including tax and gratuity. Tuesday, September 6th – Mendocino County’s Anderson Valley

Continuing their survey of California’s great appellations, they move up the coast to historic Anderson Valley in Mendocino. Once a mining community that was so removed from the rest of civilization it developed its own unique vocabulary, it is now the home to some of the best sparkling wines, Pinot Noirs and Gewürztraminers in California.
