Take a little tour of Italy’s smallest winemaking region by way of Cambridge with your friends at Forage on Tuesday, October 25th. The Vallée d’Aoste is in the far northwest corner of Italy, bordering Switzerland and France to the north and west, and Piedmont to the south. The region has the highest elevated vineyards in Europe so you can expect some very interesting alpine wines made from grapes that don’t grow anywhere else like Morgex and Ariver for this week’s dinner. Chef Eric Cooper has put together some stellar plates to pair with wine guru Stan Hilbert’s picks, like Mushrooms on Toast with pine cone toum paired with 2020 Cornalin “Vigne Rovettaz,” Grosjean (check out the full menu below).

Choose either an omnivore or vegetarian spread and grab a reservation here between 5:00 and 8:45pm; dinner costs $95 per person, which includes all your food and wine before tax and tip.
