A Taste of Santa Barbara

The Banks Fish House Instagram

Santa Barbara, seafood and the Sta. Rita Hills AVA will all collide at The Banks Fish House on Wednesday, May 3rd at their very first dinner ever featuring Melville Winery. Melville’s marketing and hospitality guru, Adam Etchegoyen, will be visiting the Back Bay all the way from the West Coast to give you the lowdown on Melville’s organic farming and natural winemaking, and, of course, to share some of their best pours to be matched with four courses from chef Robert Sisca. The Sta. Rita Hills area is known for amazing expressions of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and you may get to try a little sparkling and perhaps a bit of Syrah with courses like Bluefin Tuna and Live Santa Barbara Uni Crudo; and Ora King Salmon with spring risotto and pickled ramps. Check out the menu below and grab a spot here; dinner costs $145 per person, which includes all your food and wine. Keep an eye on The Banks IG for any updates, follow chef Sisca for all the plate pics, and give the restaurant a call at 617.399.0015 with Qs.
