On Wednesday, May 20th, two famed sommeliers go glass-to-glass at The Bancroft and you choose the winning wine expert. At the Burlington steakhouse you’ll be treated to a special menu from chef Mario Capone, featuring dishes like pan-roasted cod with fava beans and butter-roasted razor clams—a treat for diners and a challenge for the somms. Jackson Family Estates’ director of wine education Sur Lucero (a Napa Valley native) and Larry O’Brien (formerly sommelier at Emeril’s Orlando) have proposed competing pairings for you to sip with your meal.
