On Wednesday, January, 7th, Row 34 teams up with Formaggio Kitchen for an educational evening that promises to leave you “board”—in a good way. Chef Francisco Millan will walk guests through the process of constructing the oyster restaurant’s Smoked & Cured fish board, with plenty of tastes for all. Lest attendees feel parched, beer director Megan Parker-Gray will have craft beverage pairings that showcase favorites from Row 34’s lengthy draft and bottle list. Tickets for the class, held at Formaggio’s Cambridge classroom annex, can be purchased online for $55 each.
