See Sonoma County through the wine glass at Davio’s upcoming Rodney Strong dinner. Winemaker Greg Morthole of the established California vineyards will be on hand on Tuesday, March 15th to lead you through five courses of plates and paired pours. Executive chef Eric Swartz has a menu of regional dishes like an antipasti of crispy oysters, lobster and prosciutto, and egg tagliatelle with braised beef cheeks. Sips of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet and more will accompany the courses for an evening of sumptuous wine-ing and dining. Dinner begins at 6:00pm and costs $95 per person—call 617.357.4810 to have them save you a seat.
