Get a peek at the sudsy things happening in Portland, ME when Peak Organic comes to Foundry on Elm. Co-owner Rob Luccente will be at the Davis Square restaurant on Thursday, May 26th for a four-course beer dinner featuring his brews. Chef Shayne Nunes will provide the eats—like spicy shrimp ceviche and herb-roasted leg of lamb—for pairing with Peak pours like the Fresh Cut Dry Hopped Pilsner and the Nut Brown Ale, chosen by Luccente and beer czar Geoff Thompson.
