Ming Tsai’s Moet Dinner at Blue Ginger

When chef Ming Tsai hosts a champagne dinner, he doesn’t mess around. The Wellesley-based chef just calls his friends at Moet Hennessy and asks them to bring over a few bottles – maybe the 2002 Dom Pérignon or the NV Krug Grande Cuvee – for a sparkling little shindig. Get in on the fun, which is scheduled for Monday, December 6th. The evening’s $150 price tag covers five stunning courses accompanied by delicate and delicious bubblies (it also covers tax and gratuity, so that’s nice).
