Make Pasta at Bondir

Newly appointed chef de cuisine Pierce Kelley shares his pasta-making expertise at a hands-on cooking class in the kitchen at Bondir. Reserve a spot and roll up your sleeves for the Tuesday evening tutorial, which starts at 6:00pm on August 2nd. Kelley will treat a few lucky guests (twelve total) to a behind-the-scenes look at the kitchen followed by a make-your-own-corn-tortellini experience. After the class, you’ll get to sit down to a special pasta dinner (with paired wines) featuring ingredients fresh from the farmer’s market. The whole evening – class, dinner, wine and a recipe booklet you get to take home with you – costs $125 per person.
