Cookbook Dinners Continue at Sel de la Terre

After the marathon cooking experience that is Thanksgiving, why not give yourself a break and let a professional do all the work? On Sunday, November 28th Louis DiBiccari will host the latest of his Cookbook Dinner Series at Sel de la Terre Back Bay. Taking Marc Vetri’s Il Viaggio di Vetri as his inspiration, he’ll create a four course meal and let guests in on any little twists he may have added to these tried and true recipes.
