Boston Chops take a foray into Burgundy with the next installment of their Prime Wine & Dine series. Chef Chris Coombs has put together a French-y prix fixe for the Monday, November 7th dinner, with plates like pate de Champagne and petite filet mignon to match the flavorful wines. Each of the four courses comes with a glass from the famous wine region and the whole menu (see below) is available for $79 per person. Call 617.227.5011 for a reservation and plan on being at the South End steak-focused bistro at 6:30pm.
