Banned in Boston

Big names from across the city come together on Friday, April 7th for Urban Improv’s Banned in Boston. The night of musical skits and satire starts with a 6:00pm reception at the Lansdowne Pub with tastes from local restaurants like Area Four, Ashmont Grill, The Automatic, Cinquecento, Eastern Standard, Island Creek Oyster Bar, La Morra, Tavolo and more. At 7:45pm, the improv show starts at the House of Blues, with folks like Tom Hamilton (of Aerosmith), Peggy Fogelman (of the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum), Maura Healey (Attorney General), Marty Walsh (Mayor), among many others. Tickets for the raucous (and delicious) evening are $250 each online here and proceeds support Urban Improv’s youth empowerment programs.
