Summer School is in Session at Flour

Want to bake like the pros at Flour Bakery + Cafe? Sign up for a little summer school at their Seaport “Breadquarters” Design Center and learn to make all kinds of treats like devil dogs and raspberry whoopie pies, strawberry slab pie, lemon meringue cupcakes, fruit tarts and pies and more. Flour’s fab pastry chef and instructor Coco Maniscalco will lead each class through all the step by steps for making the perfect summer treats, and since each class is capped at just 10 people you’ll have lots of face time to ask questions and get your hands dirty (or really, flour-y).

Check out the schedule below and head here to sign up; each class is $150 and covers all your materials, plus you’ll have plenty of leftovers to take home and share. Classes fill up pretty fast so don’t wait to sign up if you’re interested or you’ll miss out.
