Starting on Friday, November 13th, chef Sarah Wade and the team at Stillwater are upping the comfort food ante with The Mac Bar, the DIY macaroni and cheese menu of your rich-and-creamy, carb-loving dreams. Available every day from 11:00am-9:15pm for take-out and delivery only (through UberEats and GrubHub), the offerings include ooey gooey creations like the Obligatory Buffalo Mac (Frank’s Red Hot mac and cheese topped with fried chicken and crumbled blue cheese) and the Smoked BBQ Pork Mac (classic mac and cheese topped with house-smoked bbq pork and Ritz cracker crumbs).
Or, you can take matters into your own hands and design your own bowl of cheesy noodles starting with any of three bases and any of 17 a la carte toppings including charred flank steak, diced ham, wilted spinach, roasted mushrooms, extra cheese and everything bagel seasoning. Since you’re carbing it up (winter is coming, friends), go on and add a side of salt and pepper tots or hand cut French fries for dipping.
