Cinquecento is firing up the ovens in their South End kitchen to make a menu of salads, pastas sides and desserts – ooh, and wine, too! – available for take-out and delivery seven days a week from 4:30-8:30pm. Will it be Rigatoni alla Norcia with fennel sausage, cognac, basil and pecorino, or Tagliatelle Bolognese with veal, beef, pork, pancetta and parmigiano?
