Pork Board Special at Amelia’s

Amelia's Trattoria

Swing by Kendall Square this weekend for a hog-a-licious special from the folks at Amelia’s Trattoria. Earlier his week, they got a whole pig from Dog Patch Farms in Maine, and new chef Frank Cronin turned the meat into a tasting board full of five in-house creations: crispy pork belly with parsnip puree and ceviche beech mushrooms; smoked maple ham with Grey Poupon and picked red onion on a house made potato chip; head-cheese panzarotti with spicy aioli; orange sage sausage with braised greens and pickled mustard seeds; and country pate on grilled toast with whole grain mustard and pickled grapes. The special, which pairs nicely with their rosé, will be available starting Friday, June 22nd. Stop by or call 617.868.7600.
