Getting tired of the same old same old for lunch? Bambara Chef David Bazirgan is on a mission to make your midday meal matter again with a two-course, prix fixe lunch menu inspired by cuisine from around the globe. Each month will feature a different country’s fare, beginning in Italy in March and moving to France in April. The menu, available Monday through Friday from 11:30am until 2:00pm, is just $19 per guest and includes an appetizer and an entree (you can add dessert for just $3 dollars more). Potato & Fennel Soup with grilled focaccia, and extra virgin olive oil
Ceasar Salad with gem lettuce, parmesan, and fried bread
Burrata Flatbread with roasted tomato, pesto, pine nuts, and saba vinegar
Swordfish Piccata with fregola sardar, roasted fennel, capers, lemon, and burr blanc
Lamb & Goat Cheese Ravioli with lemon butter, sage, and shaved parmesan
For an additional $3, guests can receive a scoop of homemade Meyer lemon sorbet, and cocoa nib biscotti
