Back Bay welcomes some Baja flavor from chef Jason Santos. The local restaurateur and Season 7 Hell’s Kitchen finalist, who also operates popular locales Abby Lane and Buttermilk & Bourbon, unveiled his latest spot, Citrus & Salt, this week. The restaurant and tequila lounge will serve coastal cuisine care of California and Mexico featuring shareable small plates and raw bar options. Among the drink menu, you’ll find an assortment of clever cocktail options including margaritas with fresh fruit purées, a nitro cold brew on-tap with chocolate tequila and Mexican popsicles. Citrus & Salt is open for dinner daily, although word has it that brunch and lunch service will be launched shortly. Find hours and menu details online here.
