Around the Boot in 30 Days

M.C. Spiedo invites diners to celebrate traditional Italian cuisine with their weekly Regional Taste of Italy menus available during February. Each week, James Beard award-winning chefs Mark Gaier and Clark Frasier will spotlight a different Italian region with an a la carte appetizer and entrée special, $12 and $24 respectively. The culinary tour includes stops in Lombardy for pork and cabbage stew and in Umbria for rustic tagliatelle with wild boar ragù, among others.
