Chopps Pops Up in Burlington

The Boston Marriott Burlington’s multi-million dollar renovations are coming to a close, culminating in the grand opening of Chopps American Bar and Grill. The 245 seat steakhouse features an elevated chef’s table across from an open kitchen, three dedicated private dining areas and a 22-seat u-shaped bar. The menu, a magnificent collaboration from consulting chef Daniel Bruce also of Meritage and Rowes Wharf Sea Grille at the Boston Harbor Hotel, Chopps chef David Verdo and Marriott Burlington chef John Costello, features a variety of all natural organic steaks, fresh local seafood and signature dishes like Block Island swordfish chops bouillabaisse style; and char-seared yellowfin tuna, among others. Small plates for sharing and craft cocktails are available at the bar and live entertainment will be featured Tuesday through Saturday night. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
