A New Face at Turner Fisheries

The Westin Copley has named Jason Bautista as Chef de Cuisine at Turner Fisheries, the Back Bay hotel’s signature seafood restaurant. Bautista, who grew up in California working in the restaurants of his father and uncle before attending the Kitchen Academy in Hollywood, will bring a few changes to the menu. Guests can expect more frequent seasonal changes and a little Latin flair here and there from the west coast chef, who cut his teeth at Firefly Bistro in South Pasadena before crossing the country to join the team at the Westin Copley as sous chef.
