This year’s nominees for the James Beard Award for Best Chef Northeast are…Jamie Bissonnette or Toro and Coppa, Tim Cushman of O Ya, Gerry Hayden of The North Fork Table & Inn, Kate and Matt Jennings of Farmstead and Eric Warnstedt of Hen of the Wood. In other categories: Joanne Chang is in the running for Best Pastry Chef and No. 9 Park is up for Outstanding Wine Program.
