Bountiful Summer Dishes at Rocca

Fine tuning his portfolio, chef Tom Fosnot shows his current culinary passion via six new dishes – delicious locally-sourced meats, fresh seasonal veggies (possibly from the SOWA Sunday farmer’s market) – there are even seasonal elements to the cocktails. As beautiful to look at as they are delicious to eat, the newest crop of food photos are overflowing with seasonal color – take a look and then rush over to the South End to get a taste of summer for yourself.
