The Navy Yard Bistro in Charlestown welcomes a sister restaurant to the family this summer. The Downtown Bistro & Wine Bar takes up residence on Oxford Street in Lynn in the space formerly occupied by the Oxford Street Grill. Gone is the German-influenced fare, but fans of chef David Fitzgerald will be glad to see him back behind the line.
