A Wine Master Shares His Secrets

Master of Wine Sandy Block unlocks the vault to one of his favorite varietals at an upcoming Boston University Programs in Food & Wine seminar. Block, who’s one of fewer than 40 Masters of Wine in the U.S., will be exploring the unsung Chenin Blanc in his class on Wednesday, February 3rd. He’ll walk guests through the mineral-expressive grape, which lends itself to everything from sparkling wines to dessert sips. With his help, attendees will taste the range of offerings through food and wine pairings—while getting tips from the expert himself on how to best enjoy the hidden gem. The class runs from 6:00-8:00pm and tickets are available online here while they last.

The BU Food & Wine program rolls out more options for wine lovers throughout the year, so check out the full schedule for other great classes, like…
