In the kitchen, the best way to learn is to do, which is why Viale chef-owner Greg Reeves is inviting two students from his foodie alma mater, the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, to take over his kitchen on Sunday, June 2nd. Budding chefs and CSCA students Sam Amsterdam and Brendan Germain will learn the ins and outs of kitchen management in a delicious trial by fire, creating three dishes to supplement Viale’s regular dining menu.
