On Thursday, March 28th, hurry to Uni for a very special pop-up event. Acclaimed NYC Chef and ramen-regent Ivan Orkin is coming back to the Boston Izakaya for the third year in a row, and all you noodle nerds won’t want to miss out. Starting at 5:30pm, Orkin will start dishing up signature ramen specials and other goodies like Pickled Daikon XO, Tokyo Shio Ramen, and Spicy Lamb Dan Dan Noodles alongside the Uni team’s regular roster of street food and incredible cocktails. All items will be available a la carte, so don’t be afraid to mix-and-match your way through the menu.
