You can lighten up the week’s eats with one of their special grain bowls, designed to fill you up without filling you out. But don’t worry, these aren’t your basic, dainty salads — recent versions have included the Mediterranean Salmon Orzo Salad with wood grilled Faroe Island salmon, cauliflower, chickpeas, grilled baby squashes, roasted romanesco, golden raisins, radicchio, pickled shallot, pine nuts, orzo and Katz red wine vinaigrette; and Beet & Lentil Salad with pan-roasted chicken, Beluga lentils, pickled beets, raw beets, baby watercress, petit mix, pine nuts, pomegranate seeds, preserved lemon & herb yogurt. A new special drops every Monday and is available throughout the week for dine-in or take-out.
