Pumpkin spice might be back on the scene, but there are plenty of other fall flavors to enjoy as the air gets a little crisper. On Thursday, September 21st, Viale in Central Square is partnering with Farmer Willie’s Craft Ginger Beer and Mass Audubon’s Drumlin Farms for the third installment of their popular culinary series The Get Down, celebrating the tastes and aromas of autumn in New England. From 5:00 to 10:00pm, grab your friends and your flannel and let chef Greg Reeves impress you with fall dishes like a charred corn and shishito pepper salad, spicy honey roasted carrots, and roasted spaghetti squash, all featuring vegetables from Drumlin Farms. Pair these seasonal specials with cocktails featuring Farmer Willie’s Ginger Beer, like the Pimm’s Italiano (with strawberry-infused Cynar) and the Cape Cod Mule (with a spiced cranberry syrup).
