East Coast Pig Roast

The Fireplace warms up with a suckling pig roast on Sunday, December 11th. Chef Jim Solomon has sourced the prime pork from Maine’s Dogpatch Farm and will be serving it with an array of seasonal New England sides. Starting at 5:00pm, guests can fill their plate with accompaniments like apple cider-braised red cabbage, slow-roasted delicata squash or rosemary-roasted root veggies—and the pig, of course, available on its own for $29 per person or with two sides for $40.
